OBI, your own admin
OBI is the admin every nealvdv client gets. You answer your messages in it, follow up your bookings, change your hours and your menu and see how your site is doing. It wears your logo and colours; OBI’s small mark says who built it.
OBIa tool by nealvdv
Every business its own OBI
The same tool, each time in the business’s own style. This is how it looks for three clients.
- luns-farm.vercel.app/hiddenSecret address, only you know it/afspraken

Luns Farm: bookings, orders and classes of a dog spa, in green and terracotta
- lcdv.vercel.app/hiddenSecret address, only you know it/berichten

LC&DV: project requests with a lead score, in black and sand
- arnauds-detail-carwash.vercel.app/hiddenSecret address, only you know it/agenda

Arnaud’s: the week of a mobile car wash, in red and anthracite
Screens with sample data: no real customers of these businesses.
What you do with it
Every site gets the parts that suit the business: a café its menu and opening hours, a dog spa its bookings and webshop.
Messages
Everything that comes in through your site, in one place: questions, requests, applications. You see what is waiting, tick off what is done, and nothing gets lost in a mailbox.

Replies from your own email
You reply from OBI, but it leaves from your own address, like info@yourbusiness.be at Proton, Gmail or your own server, with your signature. The password is stored encrypted, and OBI does not read your mailbox.

Bookings and calendar
What customers book online arrives as a request or goes straight into your calendar. You confirm with one click, and the customer gets an email in their own language.

Opening hours and availability
Change your hours, your holidays or your free slots, and your site shows it straight away. No email to your web builder to change one line.
At Luns Farm
Menu, products and orders
A café edits its menu, a shop its products, prices and photos. With a webshop you also follow up the orders until they are delivered.

Reviews
What customers write on your site, you read in OBI first. You decide what appears, on your own site rather than someone else’s platform.

Newsletter
Your own newsletter, written and sent from OBI. Whoever signs up confirms by email first, and unsubscribing takes one click.

Visitors
How many people view your site, which pages and where they came from. Counted by your own site, without cookies and without keeping IP addresses.

Customers
Who booked, ordered or asked something before, with what happened. With a new question you see at once who it is.

Quotes and invoices
Where the work calls for it: quotes and invoices in your branding, from the same place as your calendar and your customers.

Need help?New
A button at the bottom of OBI: call or WhatsApp when it is urgent, or a report that reaches me straight away. You see where it stands, and OBI checks by itself that your email and your database work.
Law and rulesNew
What Belgian and European rules ask of a business online, with the source. What OBI can check by itself, it checks. Not legal advice: a list to go through with your lawyer.
New: built and tested in October 2026, now on its way to every site. What has no label already runs today.
Secure, without you having to think about it
Your customers’ data is in it, so the door is shut tight. You notice little of it, apart from a calm overview of what was stopped.
37 break-in attempts this month, all stopped
- WordPress
- hidden files
- database admin
- guessed admin addresses
A secret address
OBI is not at /admin or /wp-admin but at an address only you know. Whoever tries there gets an ordinary error page, and after a few wrong passwords they wait a quarter of an hour.
A code from your phone
Besides your password, OBI asks for a code from an app on your phone. A stolen password alone is not enough.
Sign in with a passkeyNew
With your finger, your face or your device’s PIN, without typing a password. Your password keeps working as a spare.
An email at every sign-inNew
After every sign-in you get an email with the time, the device and roughly where. If it was not you, one button in that email shuts everyone out.
Sign out everywhereNew
Under Security you see where you are signed in, since when and when it was last used. Lost a phone? One button signs you out everywhere.
A logNew
Who did what and when: sign-ins, settings, bookings. When I sign in to help you, that is in it too, and you get an email about it.
Backups that really come backNew
An encrypted backup every night. Once a month OBI restores the latest one into an empty test database and counts that everything is there. You read the result under Security.
Privacy, as it should be
OBI keeps what your business needs, and no more.
Your own database
Your customers’ data sits in your own site’s database, not on a big platform together with thousands of other businesses.
Counting without tracking
The visitor counter and the break-in counter keep no IP addresses. Whoever asks their browser not to be tracked is left out of the visitor count.
Open about the services behind it
Hosting, database and email run on Vercel, Neon and Resend, with a data processing agreement. If data leaves the European Economic Area, it does so under the EU-US framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Your site’s privacy statement says so in black and white.
Pleasant to use every day
An admin you open between two customers, on your phone or at the counter.
In your own style
Your logo, your colours, your fonts. No two OBIs look alike; only the blue dot in the mark is the same everywhere.
On your phone
A bar at the bottom within reach of your thumb, with what you need every day and a count of what is waiting. On a computer the same pages sit in a side bar, in groups.
Light and dark
Pick what reads well, in the evening too. OBI remembers it and opens in your choice straight away, without a white flash.
In your own language
OBI speaks at least Dutch, French, German and English. Everyone in your business picks their language.
Built by me, not rented
OBI is not a per-user subscription at a big software company. I build it myself and set it up on your site; you pay for it when the site is built, and hosting and care run per month for the whole site. A new feature I build on, at a fixed price agreed up front.
- Admin on its own, with a site
- from €1,550 excl. VAT
- Website + booking + admin
- from €4,950 excl. VAT
- Hosting and care
- from €49 per month, excl. VAT
Want OBI for your business?
Tell me briefly what you do every day and what you still keep track of by hand. I will tell you honestly which parts you need and what it costs.
